About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Maintain records, files, and documentation systems
Plan employee trainings
Monitor employee performance
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
Support office operations during in-office days
